At Culinary De-Lite we offer a wide variety of menu options. We have listed a few entrees to give you an idea of what you have to choose from. Remember your menus are tailored to you. After your initial consultation we will assemble a menu based on your input and then we submit it for your approval.  Each menu is delivered with a Customer Satisfaction form. By filling out this form we are better able to serve you.

Chicken

  • Chicken potpie flaky crust, plump chicken breast, seasonal veggies in a creamy veloute
  • Stuffed chicken breast stuffed with tart green apple and creamy Brie Cheese and sautéed to a golden brown
  • Slow roasted chicken basted in a homemade pesto
  • Smoked chicken breast juicy and full flavored
  • Lemon grass chicken and stir fried veggies with a touch of spice
  • Chicken satay with peanut sauce. crunchy peanuts and green onion

Pork

  • Pink peppercorn crusted pork loin
  • Grilled pork steak with honey mustard glaze
  • Sage cornbread stuffed pork chops with mushroom gravy
  • Brown sugar and spice ham
  • Pork and three pepper stir fry
  • Stout baby back ribs, beer marinated ribs grilled to perfection

Beef

  • Beef stroganoff, sirloin and egg noodles in a creamy dill sauce
  • Tri colored pepper steak
  • Smoky grilled flank steak
  • Cabernet braised beef short ribs
  • Ginger scented beef kabobs

Fish / Seafood

  • Cedar planked salmon
  • Catfish almandine
  • Grilled swordfish with a vanilla bean burre blanc
  • Steamed mussels in curried coconut milk
  • Low Country Boil, shrimp, sausage, corn and baby potatoes boiled in beer and spieces

Soups / Stews

  • White chicken chili
  • Ropa Vieja, cuban pork stew with corn fritters
  • Tuscana soup potatoes and spicy sausage
  • Ajiaco Columbian chicken stew
  • Curry pumpkin soup with toasted pumpkin seeds

Cold Salads

  • Thai peanut noodle salad; rice noodles, peanut sauce, green onion, and lime
  • Coconut crab and shrimp salad
  • Grilled veggie and feta salad dressed with a balsamic vinaigrette
  • Spring rice salad with sweet peas and green onion
  • Roasted squash salad with bacon and pumpkin seeds
  • Greek pasta salad full of color and flavor

Pastas

  • Spinach lasagna in a creamy alfredo sauce
  • Pasta primavera a creamy sauce with sauteed seasonal vegetables
  • Meatless manicotti topped with a sundried tomato marinara
  • Chicken and pesto penne topped with roasted pine nuts
  • Portabella risotto slow cooked and stirred to bring out the flavor and texture
  • Whole wheat pasta with sausage and leeks
